Hi Andrea - I appreciate you having this so worked out but we do hae an extension, so here are some ideas to think about.

Maybe a more creative way of displaying the selfie image? Can you clip yourself out, thus removing the background stuff? It will clean things up and give you more room to play with. Could you be cut off on the left side? Angled? Maybe where you're not so centered on the page.

The text boxes/paragraphs go from one side to the other. maybe finding a way to better contain them? use color, contrast, negative space, etc.

the transparency is an effective tool, but maybe change the contrast or lightness/darkness of the image so that you don't actually need them. Keep going, it's a great start!!
